The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality of our software applications. The candidate should be well-versed in Selenium automation tools and have hands-on experience in test automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium. Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and analyze test requirements. Perform automated and manual testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the application. Create and execute test cases for regression, integration, and functional testing. Work on building and maintaining automated test frameworks. Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines. Report defects and issues found during testing, providing detailed information for debugging. Ensure the quality of software applications through extensive testing and issue resolution. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.). Qualifications: Proven experience in Automation Testing with Selenium. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices. Experience in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks. Hands-on experience with tools like JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or Appium. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or other relevant languages. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) for test automation integration. Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus. Location Preferences: Local candidates to Maryland (MD) are preferred.
