Title: Sr. Service Now Developer/Admin Location: Austin, TX Duration: 6 Month C2H VISA: USC/GC MOI: Skype JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary responsibilities: Developing, testing, migrating development work, upgrading/cloning Service Now instances. Currently, implementing ITSM, ITBM, ITAM and integrations. Learn TRS business and act as the intermediary between IT customers and technical team. Help to translate business requirements into actionable tasks. This may involve understanding requirements from user meetings, designing technical solutions, and assisting in writing/implementing tasks. Work in an agile environment and ensure assignments are ready in a timely manner. Other Service Now team duties as assigned (for example: Attend all relevant Service Now meetings, Training/assistance admins & customers) Required: 10 years of IT SDLC experience 7 years of SDLC experience in Service Now 7 years of SDLC experience with ITSM applications 4 years of experience Integrating Service Now with 3rd party applications Service Now Certified System Administrator - (certification) Service Now Certified Application Developer - (certification) Preferred: 10 years of SDLC experience in Service Now 2-4 years of SDLC experience with ITBM applications Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist - ( certification ) 2 years using Flow Designer Strong project management, customer service, and relationship management skills Experience with Agile projects, ceremonies, daily scrums, backlog grooming, sprint planning, review and retrospective Experience implementing Configuration Management Database(CMDB), Asset Management (ITAM), Automated Test Framework (ATF), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Best Regards, Prajojita Biswal Technical Recruiter, Vyze Inc.
