http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2018788&uid= From: Anju Pathak, Tek Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Title: Abacus Business Systems Analyst Duration: 12 Months Contract Position Location: Washington, DC 20001 (Onsite) (Need local Candidate) No Represent Need Genuine candidate 100% interview Job Description: The Abacus Business Systems Analyst provides, at minimum, the following general services related to Client's deployment of the CARET AbacusNext application: Manage on-premises case management system with multiple databases Provide and guide customer support, including employee onboarding, training, and change requests Produce system and custom reports upon request using all available resources; facilitate data access in business intelligence tools Oversee enhancement and new feature deployment, including the development of testing scripts Guide business requirements gathering and provide responsive solutions Serve as the primary point of contact for related issues, offering clear communication to both stakeholders and Executives. The candidate should, at minimum, offer the following: DC agency experience (6+ years). Experience with on-premises deployments of AbacusLaw (6+ years). Experience managing AbacusLaw databases for both civil and criminal matters. Proficient command of the English language, both verbal and written. Responsibilities: Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications. Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience; or a current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
