Job Role: AI Platform Architect Location: US (First preference Bay area in CA ) NYC (Need to work onsite 2 days per week) Duration: Long term We are seeking an experienced Architect with 1215 years of software development experience and a proven track record in leading AI/ML initiatives. This role demands hands-on expertise in deploying AI/ML models at scale, proficiency in Generative AI frameworks, and an in-depth understanding of cloud platforms and modern software technologies. The candidate should demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design innovative, scalable solutions that align with organizational goals. Skills 12 15 years of experience in software development 8+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership position. Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and experience deploying AI solutions at scale. Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and excellent knowledge on prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, Advanced RAG etc. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML offerings. Strong grasp of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases Proficiency in implementing security protocols and data compliance frameworks Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills. Experience in setting up large-scale digital platforms with AI-driven capabilities. Knowledge of legal and arbitration workflows is a plus. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management. Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements, design scalable and innovative solutions, and align technology frameworks with organizational goals. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, integrating AI-driven technologies to enhance processes, optimize workflows, and deliver exceptional business outcomes. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights and vice versa. Oversee the delivery of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring timely execution, adherence to quality standards, and realization of business value. Work closely with legal experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
