Job description

1.    Extensive experience in tax setup configuration, reporting, data management, and resolving support issues.

2.    Proven expertise in addressing global tax-related challenges across multiple countries.

3.    Skilled in independently leading and managing Vertex upgrade projects with a high level of expertise.

4.    Capable of independently managing MDU activities aligned with business processes.

5.    Proactively analyse the releases of Vertex and apply without impacting current business process

6.    Proficient in troubleshooting data and tax-related support issues.

7.    Having good Technical knowledge in Vertex like Web services, API calls
