Able to adapt vocabulary and style for each situation; able to represent complex ideas with effective documents and visuals and to adapt presentations to the expectations and background of the audience. 15 plus years extensive experience performing Network Assessments, finding GAPS, and providing recommendations. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of advanced network solutions using Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco UCCE, and Cisco Switches. Oversee the deployment and management of wireless networking solutions with Meraki. Provide expertise in PaloAlto Prisma SDWAN to ensure robust and secure network connectivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure the network architecture aligns with industry best practices and company standards. Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Mentor and guide junior network engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Stay updated with the latest advancements in networking technologies and incorporate them into the company's infrastructure. Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support for network solutions. Implement security measures to protect the network from potential threats and vulnerabilities. Provide technical support and guidance during network upgrades and migrations. Qualifications: Extensive experience in Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco UCCE, and Cisco Switches. Proficiency in wireless networking solutions with Meraki. In-depth knowledge of PaloAlto Prisma SDWAN. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest networking technologies. Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent. Analysing and finding issues in Network, Compute, Storage WAN/SD-WAN, resiliency or High Availability recommend architecture changes for remediation. Ability to create Assessment report in Cognizant Standard format. Area, Finding, GAP, Recommendations and client impact for the Finding and GAP. And efforts for client to resolve in people effort and time. Travel Requirements: There are two datacenters, one located in Brentwood, TN, and the other in Dallas, TX. These datacenters will need to be visited at least once. Pre-travel approval is required. For expenses over $25, receipts must be included in the expense report submitted through the contracting company, as CWR are not eligible for corporate Amex cards. There may be one or more in-person meetings with Tractor Supply Leadership at their headquarters in Tennessee. A maximum of four trips is expected, with at least two trips being necessary.
