From: jyoti, kpg99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : RPA Developer (UIPath) Industry : Hedge fund Location : 3 days a week onsite in NYC Duration : 6+ month Contract to hire (no fee, no sponsorship) USC & GC Only Job Description: Who Are We Looking For: The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-quality automation solutions. What Will You Work On: Design, develop and deploy RPA bots using UI Path. Create reusable components, scripts, and workflows to enhance automation efficiency. Perform unit testing to ensure high quality automation solutions. Work as both the developer and business analyst to identity automation opportunities (with the solution being RPA or another form of automation such as Tableau). Document and analyze existing business processes to design efficient automation solutions. Translate business requirements into technical designs. Deploy RPA bots into production environments and provide ongoing supports. Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations. Conduct root cause analysis and apply fixes for errors in automation processes. Create and maintain technical documentation, including PDD (Process Design Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents). Ensure knowledge transfer and training where required. Stay updated with the latest RPA tools, technologies, and best practices. What You Bring: 8+ years experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer. Hands-on experience with UiPath. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, SQL, etc.) Experience with workflow orchestration, debugging, and error handling in automation solutions. Ability to analyze complex processes and identify automation opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to document technical processes effectively. Agile or Scrum project experience is a plus. Ability to work independently. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. RPA certification.
