| From: Gulam Ansari, Vyze Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Auth0/OKta Solutions Consultant Location: Remote Visa: USC, GC Skype Need OKTA certified consultants with LinkedIn Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Integration: Oversee and participate in the deployment of Auth0/Okta CIC solutions, including authentication, authorization, and user management. Integrate CIC with third-party applications, APIs, and custom services using tools such as Okta Workflows and Auth0 Actions. Configure multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and social login integrations. Collaborate with clients to understand their CIAM needs, identify pain points, and recommend tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring successful adoption and long-term satisfaction. Performance and Security Optimization: Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of identity services. Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and operational runbooks Ensure CIAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 6+ years in identity and access management (IAM) or customer identity and access management (CIAM). 2+ years of hands-on experience with Auth0 and/or Okta CIC. Proven track record of delivering CIAM projects for enterprise or large-scale clients. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of CIAM concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and JWT. Experience with programming/scripting languages like JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or similar. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as Auth0 Certified Professional, okta CIC developer, Okta Certified Consultant, or equivalent. Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and principles. Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
