The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience, exceptional database skills, and a proven track record of working in Agile environments. Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, product owners, and offshore teams is critical. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop UI applications using Angular (5+ years of experience). Work on full-stack development projects, contributing to both frontend (Angular) and backend components (Java, RDBMS). Collaborate with product owners, multiple stakeholders, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for Oracle and SQL Server databases. Build data and analytics applications on distributed platforms (e.g., Hadoop) integrated with RDBMS. Participate in Agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues and bugs. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of overall development experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development. 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including Java. Strong expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, and RDBMS. Proficiency in JavaScript for front-end scripting. Experience working in an Agile development methodology. Hands-on experience building data and analytics applications on distributed platforms such as Hadoop. Strong communication skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders and offshore teams. Prior experience in financial services, especially Bank of America (BOFA), will be a deal breaker. Preferred Qualifications: Experience integrating front-end components with backend services. Hands-on experience in optimizing SQL queries for large-scale systems. Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus. Work Model: Hybrid: Onsite work required at the Plano, Texas office. Local and nearby candidates are strongly preferred.
