This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client) Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Experience with systems analysis/programming (3+ years); Experience with programming languages (e.g., Structured Query Language [SQL], Java, Python), database management, and system analysis tools; Experience with analyzing and documenting technical processes, mapping out business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and analyzing ineXiciencies; Experience with Data Analysis and Management, including experience with data mapping, data modeling, and data integration between systems; Experience with Microsoft Visio. Preferred: Experience with regulatory standards relevant to the corrections industry (e.g., Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 [HIPAA], Criminal Justice Information Services [CJIS] Security Standards, etc.); Experience designing processes that comply with industry-specific standards; Experience with tools like Lucidchart, or specialized business process modeling tools Experience in developing systems solutions requiring both analysis and research. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Analyze and document business requirements to design IT systems that meet organizational needs; Evaluating source code of legacy applications to extract and document data requirements; Develop design and technical specifications; Compile and synthesize technical and operational data to improve processes and system functionality; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives; and Map data flows between systems, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility.
