SQL & Stored Procedures: Write and optimize #SQL queries, stored procedures, and handle #ETL processes. Data Modeling & Cloud Computing: Experience with data modeling and working in cloud computing environments. Snowflake Features: Familiar with Snowflake s unique features, including semi-structured data handling, data sharing, and security. Performance Tuning & Cost Optimization: Optimize performance and reduce costs in Snowflake cloud data platform. Production Support: At least 3+ years of experience in production support. Analyze and resolve application issues, perform root cause analysis, and automate manual tasks for improved efficiency. Incident Management: Lead incident resolution, manage stakeholder communications, and handle business continuity planning, migration, and holiday activities. Application Stability: Identify recurring issues, analyze logs, and provide solutions to improve system stability and performance. Must-Have Skills: 7+ years of experience in the IT industry. #SQL expertise, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures. Experience with #Snowflake features and handling semi-structured data. Proven #PerformanceTuning and #CostOptimization experience in cloud data platforms. 3+ years of experience in production support roles.
