May act as primary lead or in concert with Project/Program Manager for planning, tracking, and delivering a given initiatives, including business, operational, and information technology deliverables. You will partner with DAI, Data and Rep Technology (Dart), and various business partners across the company to create and manage processes to drive the below outcomes : Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering a given strategic initiative including business, operational, and information technology deliverables Direct large-scale, complex project often involving multiple internal and external constituents and partners and drive stakeholder Drive overall organizational efficiency through collaboration with delivery leaders Prepare reports and communicate across multiple levels of leadership Facilitate key team and stakeholder meetings Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit and to explore implications and impact Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters Fast learner with the ability to identify the interconnectivity of business partner needs with initiatives across the DAI organization and with our technology partners Understands the decision-making authority of the team and escalates as appropriate What you are good at Partner with other project managers, DAI development team(s), product owners to defines and tracks project/development milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan Create updated reports on weekly progress and any major needs from the partner teams through collaboration with stakeholder(s) Document Jira, and/or confluence pages summarizing project updates through weekly meetings Identify and document actions, decisions, risks, issues and implement reasonable mitigation plans Identify resources required from partner teams Validates financial forecasts, cost assumptions, and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures Comfort in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous, and always fast-moving work environment What you have 10+ years of program, project, or product management experience Experience spanning a wide range of business, technical and strategic roles Hands-on experience in Jira and SharePoint (Tableau is a plus) Ability to tell a story within PowerPoint for presentations to upper management Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and on-time along with the prioritization of time-sensitive assignments A passion for creative problem solving and an ability to influence peers and leaders to embrace change Superior communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences A bias for action and the ability to overcome ambiguity and other obstacles to successfully serve multiple constituents to achieve meaningful results Exceptional team collaboration skills and ability to work well with varied teams across the organization Exhibits behaviors indicating a focus on goals, overcoming obstacles, and promoting teamwork.
