Top Requirements: 1.Big 4 Consulting Experience: oMust have prior experience working with one of the Big 4 consulting firms. 2.Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: oAbility to sell and communicate IAM solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. oDaily collaboration with IT and business teams across the US and Europe. oProven experience working with European partners. 3.10+ Years of Experience with Major IAM Platforms: oExpertise in tools like Entra ID, Saviynt, and SailPoint. Technical Expertise Required: In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks, protocols, and standards, including: oSAML oOAuth oOpenID Connect oSCIM Strong understanding of Directory Services and Federation Technologies, such as: oActive Directory oEntra ID oLDAP Key Responsibilities: Architect and Design Identity Management Solutions: oDevelop and oversee the implementation of IAM solutions, including user provisioning, system integrations, RBAC/ABAC, authentication mechanisms, and access governance. Collaboration and Roadmap Development: oWork within the broader architecture group to create IAM roadmaps aligned with business goals and security requirements. oCollaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Technical Leadership: oProvide technical leadership to implementation teams. oDevelop detailed architecture documentation to guide execution and implementation. Stakeholder Engagement: oPresent and advocate IAM solutions to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. oEnsure smooth coordination between IT, business units, and European partners. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Experience with Entra ID, Saviynt, and SailPoint. Expertise in IAM standards like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM. Proficiency in Directory Services: Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP. Prior experience in Big 4 consulting. Proven ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders. Experience collaborating with European partners is a must. Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
