We are a leading provider of advanced technology solutions for major airports and transportation entities, enabling clients to meet their operational and business needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Service and Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS). Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cameras, including programming IPs, pinging servers from the camera location, and addressing no-video problems. Use multimeters to troubleshoot power and wiring issues, including devices with resistors at the end of the line. Installation and Programming: Install, program, cable, and test security electronic equipment. Wire Access Control panels, perform field and head-end terminations, and program security systems. Install and repair electrified locking hardware, such as magnetic locks, panic push bars, mortise, and strikes. Perform installations of analog and network cameras, troubleshoot IP configurations, and conduct continuity tests on multi-conductor cables. General Responsibilities: Interpret wiring schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Conduct customer training and effectively resolve or escalate issues. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service tickets promptly. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company procedures. Stay informed about new technologies and their potential applications. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years in security systems, including cable pulling, installations, and service work. Advanced service skills in troubleshooting and programming systems, especially Access Control and CCTV. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in wiring Access Control panels, programming systems, and performing device terminations. Ability to troubleshoot power, wiring, and network issues using tools like multimeters. Familiarity with IP camera configurations, network troubleshooting, and server communication. Certifications: CCURE certification (mandatory). Additional certifications in Access Control (MDI, Software House, Lenel, AMAG) and CCTV systems (Bosch, Avigilon, Milestone). Requirements: Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments at various job sites. Willingness to travel locally or out-of-state as needed (vans provided for local travel). Must meet governmental badging requirements. Clean driving record. Work Location: Occasional travel to other local sites using company vans.
