Job Description - Job Title: Junior IAM Analyst Duration: 12 months Locations: - : Onsite- 501 S. 14th St. Lincoln, NE MOI: Skype Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: o 25 years of experience in IAM, IT administration, or a related field. o Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., Grouper, Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping Identity). Technical Skills: o Understanding of IAM concepts such as role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and zero trust. o Familiarity with authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP). o Knowledge of scripting languages like Power, Python, or Bash is a plus. Soft Skills: o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. o Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications, such as: o Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) o CompTIA Security+ o Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Work Environment: Work is onsite at the 501 building of the OCIO.
