Key: T he candidate needs to have a strong background as a Business Analyst, with solid Custody/Tax knowledge. Ideally, they will have done BA work in the Custody/Tax space. The Senior Business Analyst role is to support and understand structures, operations, processes, product and service offerings, policies and systems for the US Custody and Clearing business (USA Market) that then enables Securities Services to provide services to our Clients. Requirements What you will need to succeed in the role: Demonstrated experience in complex business analysis roles Significant operational experience in financial services, specifically asset servicing, tax and settlements within the Custody and Clearing in the USA market Demonstrated experience in business analysis roles Professional project management qualification Experience of working in a large scale change environment Knowledge & Skills: Candidates are expected to be competent in; Data Analysis Process Mapping User Documentation Impact Assessment/Gap Analysis Solution Validation Root Cause Analysis Stakeholder Management Business Requirements Candidates are expected to have some working knowledge of; Process Design Solution Design Feasibility Study Business Readiness Test Planning What additional skills will be good to have Have strong communication skills, both verbal & written with a comprehensive understanding of content and context.
