| Note : Max Rate $40/hr.on C2C(Non-Negotiable) Role: Business Analyst - Data Management Location: Boston, MA(Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Mandatory Skills: SQL, Jira, Power Point, Excel, and Word Required Skills & Experience: Work with the client to develop business specs at the start of a technical project Be a knowledgeable bridge between clients, project managers and technical staff to define, document and share business requirements and expected impact Experience working with clients to gather requirements and mapping end products Understanding of Relational and No SQL(interfaces and reporting) is a plus Knowledge of Databricks is a plus 3+ Years experience with general IT SDLC and agile/scrum processes 2 years of skill in extracting business, functional and nonfunctional requirements from business units and IT staff 2 years of skill in test case planning and quality assurance reviews of test scripts 2 years of skill in educating business staff on agile and scrum terminology and processes 3 years of facilitating group meetings with internal and external resources 3 years of experience in writing database queries and reports to analyze/verify the integrity of an application 3 years of experience with combining and normalizing varied datasets into a single source of truth.
