Process, using analytics tools (content square) dive into the website, figure out whats happening, what could be happening better, i.e noticing which conversion paths have fallout, highlighting those etc. From there, creating hypothesis around them, strategizing on how to solve them, then documenting the requirements. Need someone to say Heres how we are going to do it, heres the method. He wants someone to look at it and say okay I know how to build it. Then it gets built (by dev team) and comes back to them monitoring pieces and then running back around.
