Position- Servicenoww ITAM Tech Location- Bentonville AR (Onsite) Contract-12+ Months Job Description :- ITAM Technical Role Develop and maintain an IT asset management process that covers all hardware, and cloud resources within GCP and Azure, and on-prem cloud environments. Provide training and support to IT and business stakeholders on the ITAM process and technology. Familiar with ServiceNow Configuration Item and Asset relationships and dependencies Familiar with ServiceNow Model Management strategies Experience leveraging HAM Pro functionalities in an enterprise environment across business units / segments / markets Understanding of the end-to-end asset lifecycle, the inter-dependencies between lifecycles and best practices for each lifecycle state. Knowledgeable of Common Services Data Model (CSDM) Act as ITAM subject matter expert for organization. Identify and consult SMEs/advisors within the organization to mitigate compliance risk. Demonstrate experience in eliciting customer requirements Demonstrate experience in task decomposition. Ability to manage multiple competing stakeholders to gain alignment. Strong communication skills vertically and horizontally Comfortable in working in a strong-matrix environment.
