This role requires the ability to navigate complexities, address issues, and mitigate risks across various projects and programs. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Implementation: Large scale implementation for CMDB, specifically application services, technical services, business services. Project Management Expertise: Utilize strong project management principles to oversee projects from inception to completion. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets effectively while delivering results aligned with organizational objectives. Application Portfolio Management: Familiarity with Application Portfolio Management (APM) is essential, and direct experience with ServiceNow APM is highly preferred. Leverage this knowledge to enhance project management processes. Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution: Identify and proactively address potential issues and risks across multiple projects and programs. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity. Requirements Management: Demonstrate proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Ensure clarity and transparency in communicating project requirements to stakeholders while effectively managing changes. Process Improvement and Pattern Identification: Proactively identify patterns and suggest process improvements. Collaborate with teams to enhance workflows and optimize project outcomes.
