Location: Austin, TX (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) Position: Full-time Required: LinkedIn Profile Key Responsibilities: Work on the Data Integration Hub project, utilizing an agile methodology. Develop, implement, and configure infrastructure for data acquisition from multiple sources. Write and optimize complex SQL scripts and work with Informatica IICS or PowerCenter for ETL processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to requirements gathering, design sessions, and documentation. Participate in sprint ceremonies, focusing on automated validation, performance metrics, and deployment. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience developing ETL processes using Informatica and SQL. Expertise in acquiring and integrating data from Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, and other sources. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in data analytics, performance management, or data warehousing. Proficient in Python, JIRA, and agile development environments. Experience working with healthcare data, performance metrics, and Tableau dashboards. Preferred: Experience with healthcare industry projects. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Familiarity with security principles and data visualization. Minimum Qualifications: 8 years in ETL development (Informatica, SQL). Experience working with agile methodologies and JIRA.
