Summary: The Health and Human Services Delivery Center seeks Cloud Operations and Support Engineers to maintain and support agency-level cloud environments, including Azure and AWS. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance, and optimization to ensure seamless operations of cloud services. Requirements: Must pass an extensive background check. 35 years of experience as a System Engineer or Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud environment implementation, security, and best practices (Azure and AWS). In-depth knowledge of networking and connectivity to AWS and/or Azure (via Direct Connect and/or ExpressRoute). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services. Administrator certifications in Azure and/or AWS (Preferred). Strong working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse delivery centers and agencies, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. Excellent organizational, communication, change management, and problem-solving skills. Advanced understanding of current and emerging cloud technologies. Proven operational experience with large enterprise environments. Strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
