Required Skills: Minimum 7 years of extensive experience in designing and developing solutions within ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and/or Event Management. Proficiency in scripting languages such as , Perl, Python, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, structures, and coding standards, with a focus on optimizing these elements. Experience in soliciting and translating complex customer requirements into practical solutions using existing tools and integrations. Proven experience in defining a product vision and developing detailed roadmaps. Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on the bigger picture. Experience working in cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure operations. Responsibilities: Design and develop custom applications and automation solutions in ServiceNow. Lead the creation and definition of the vision and roadmap for custom workflow automation and system/data integrations across DIT. Manage the full lifecycle of custom automation applications and integrations, including gathering requirements, evaluating options, designing, developing, testing, and implementing integrated solutions. Promote and ensure effective governance of data models, data integrity, coding standards, processes, applications, and the overall tools supporting digital transformation and automation. Market the value of digitization and automation solutions by showcasing existing applications and defining future opportunities, fostering a culture of innovation.
