User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation Work on development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Saviynt IGA product. Perform hands-on troubleshooting, implementation, and setup of the technical infrastructure. Contribute technical specs to the Business Analysts on documentation of detailed functional and technical requirements. Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activities related to processes. Research technical problems and assist in identifying solutions. Integrate technical and application components. Create documentation for modified app requirements. Unit and integration testing of the solution. Interact/coordinate with customers, factory architect and product engineering team as required. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal employees.
