Position: SQL Operation Manager with Strong Azure and SQL || Hybrid || Plano, TX or Richmond, VA Location: Hybrid || Plano, TX or Richmond, VA Duration: 6+ Month Visa: NoH1B Interview: Very Quick Screening Today Job Description We are seeking an experienced Database Operations Manager with a minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience in monitoring, triaging, and resolving mission critical production database issues, and experience managing an operations team. You will manage a team of onshore and offshore team members responsible for L1/L2 database support. You will drive operational maturity, coordinate on call rotations, ensure availability of resources during outages and major issues, and drive resolution of issues or escalate when required. Responsibilities: Ensure team availability for L1 and L2 support for SQL, Sybase, and Oracle databases Coordinate support during high severity incidents to restore service in a timely manner Monitor, prioritize, and track issues until resolved.
