Job Summary:

As a Temenos Journey Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our
platform. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and
stakeholders to ensure seamless and impactful journeys, from initial
consultation through to deployment and ongoing support. You will leverage your
deep understanding of Temenos' core banking solutions to lead and manage
multiple client journeys, ensuring both satisfaction and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Temenos implementation and
optimization journeys for clients.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision and goals of
each client journey, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

Manage customer expectations, ensuring the successful
configuration, integration, and deployment of Temenos software solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them
through the entire lifecycle of the project.

Provide strategic recommendations on best practices for the use of
the Temenos platform to optimize client processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation phase,
ensuring smooth transitions and satisfaction.

Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines, budget
constraints, and quality standards.

Track project progress and communicate with internal teams and

Stay updated with the latest Temenos features and functionality,
continuously improving your expertise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience working with Temenos software, with a
strong understanding of its banking solutions.

Previous experience in project management or journey management
within the fintech or banking sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
ensuring high-quality delivery.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot
complex technical issues.

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus.

Knowledge of banking processes and digital transformation is a
plus.
