Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in IRM and/or SecOps preferred. Experience: 7 years of experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM and/or SecOps suite, with a strong focus on product management or ownership. Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its GRC and SecOps capabilities. Proven ability to translate GRC and SecOps requirements into actionable product features and solution architecture. Experience deploying and managing ServiceNow Security Incident and Vulnerability Response solutions, including modules for infrastructure, application vulnerabilities, and configuration compliance. Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow SecOps with tools like Tenable, Aqua, or Wiz. Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and best practices, e.g., PCI, NIST.
