Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with internal and external clients. Work on technical architecture, development, automation, and enterprise-wide projects. Manage and resolve incidents based on priority while monitoring daily ticket intake. Design, develop, and implement automation in a Microsoft Windows desktop environment. What's Needed Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Active Directory/Group Policy administration. Advanced knowledge of endpoint security functions including patching, anti-virus, and encryption. Experience with M365 and Azure administration, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Offic65, Teams, and Intune. Strong organizational skills with the ability to document processes and project plans.
