As part of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining test automation scripts to ensure the high quality of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and automate test cases using Tosca. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing our testing efficiency and effectiveness, particularly in large-scale enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tosca for functional and regression testing. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and create effective test automation solutions. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues. Maintain and enhance existing test automation scripts, keeping up with updates in Tosca and application changes. Participate in test planning, scripting, and review sessions to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Monitor and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of the automation process. Conduct peer reviews of test scripts and provide constructive feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in test automation, with a strong focus on using Tosca. Technical Expertise: Proficient in Tricentis Tosca for designing and executing automated test scripts. Testing Knowledge: Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, software development life cycle (SDLC), and software testing life cycle (STLC). Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in automated testing. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to identifying, documenting, and reporting defects. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with other test automation tools and methodologies. Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, etc.). ISTQB certification or other relevant QA certifications. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
