Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco devices (routers, switches, firewalls). Strong experience with Cisco IOS, NX-OS, ASA, and Firepower Threat Defense (FTD). Network security architecture: firewalls, intrusion prevention, access control. Proficiency with Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, and ACI. Hands-on experience with tools for monitoring/troubleshooting (Wireshark, NetFlow, SolarWinds). Advanced troubleshooting of complex networking issues, network optimization, and escalation support.
