Experience in building VSAN cluster and Witness servers. Hands on experience on HA clustering. Hands on experience on VMware/Windows admin to provide support in a complex environment. Experience in Disaster Recovery planning on a Data Center Environment. Experience in Monitoring , performing health checks , installing patches and upgrading hardware on the production servers. Implement security measures in VMware environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills.
