This role requires a versatile professional who can effectively span a variety of platforms and technologies, including ServiceNow, RBM (Revenue and Billing Management), Salesforce, DocuSign, and others. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the organizations digital transformation by aligning business objectives with cutting-edge technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends. Define architecture roadmaps for the integration of core systems, such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, RBM, and DocuSign. 2. Technology Integration: Design end-to-end integration strategies to enable seamless communication between various platforms. Oversee data flow and interoperability among CRM, billing, operational, and service management systems. Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all integrated solutions. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, product managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and propose technology solutions that align with business needs. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 4. Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across the enterprise. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance frameworks. 5. Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in telecommunications, identifying opportunities for innovation. Recommend new tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. 6. Project Leadership: Lead architecture and design efforts for large-scale transformation projects. Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. 7. Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, integration workflows, and system processes. Present architecture proposals and updates to executive stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture within the telecommunications industry.
Experience implementing an Enterprise architecture tool and launching it withint the enterprise for enterprise architecture management.
Knowledge of TMForum TAM , ETOM , SID and ODA .
Proven expertise in ServiceNow, RBM, Salesforce, and DocuSign implementation and integration. Strong understanding of telecommunications operations, including OSS/BSS, customer experience, and revenue management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture. Familiarity with data modelling, analytics, and enterprise security frameworks. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Leadership experience in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
