| From: Sonali, GVR Infotek [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: PLM Business Analyst (3DEXPERIENCE (3DX)) Location: 100% Onsite in Little Rock Arkansas for first 2-3 months, then 25%-50% onsite with expenses covered (1-2 weeks onsite a month/2-3 weeks remote a month) Duration: 6-12+ Months Background Check & Drug Test Candidate must have LinkedIn and must be local to Arkansas. Our client is in the process of a major PLM transformation project where they are doing business process re-engineering plus implementing a new PLM tool called 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX). Must currently have Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or be able to obtain within 18 months of hire date Proficient computer skills including Microsoft applications Experience using Database management tools (SQL) Experience with Reporting Software (such as Power BI, Minitab) Create single process models and process decomposition using process modeling tools (ARIS, IcePanel C4) Intermediate experience in programming language (such as Visual Basic or object programming) Basic knowledge of company products, processes, and applications Ability to lead a technical workshop with small groups of discussions and make sure all attendees agree in the result Ability to make presentations and synthesis to technical people Ability to imagine solutions and anticipate change management difficulties on medium size subjects Capabilities in gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements using standardized methodologies - documentation of requirements coming from several stakeholders on a medium size subject MUSTS: Ability to be onsite 100% for first 2-3 months, and then onsite 25%-50% onsite thereafter Sr. Business Analyst whos an expert in gathering requirements, interviewing stakeholders, and documenting business processes Strong PLM experience Ideally 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Jira and/or SmartSheets Green Card or US Citizen BONUS: Comes from an Engineering background (or degree in Engineering) 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Local or willing to relocate for the duration of the project Power BI Warm Regards..
