The position will also spur and coordinate/implement integrations between the CMDB, Asset Database, ITSM, ITOM, billing systems, ordering systems, etc. In addition, the role will drive ideas and projects to leverage various data sources to provide needed dashboards and visualizations valuable to both internal and external customers. Skills Extensive design and development experience with ServiceNOW IT Service Management, IT Operations Management and/or Event Management. Significant experience using , Perl, python, or java scripting. Understanding of how to optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures and how to propose and enforce coding standards Experience soliciting a complex set of customer requirements and creatively translating those into solutions leveraging existing tools and integration Experience defining a product vision and then a detailed roadmap. Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills and attention to details. Ability to multitask while managing several initiatives. Nice to have Ability to work on teams with participants from various technical disciplines and a good understanding of IT infrastructure operations.
