In this role, you will play a crucial role in leading the development team and designing innovative and scalable IAM solutions for our organization. Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Manage and mentor developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of development efforts. IAM - Solution Architecture: Design and architect software solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization's overall architecture and technology strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to understand functional and non-functional requirements. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for solution development. Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of the designed solutions. Development and Coding: Lead the development team in implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to the development team. Technical Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with senior management to define the technical strategy and roadmap for the organization. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the development process. Propose and drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications: Proven experience (10+ years) as an IAM Development Lead or IAM Solution Architect, preferably in a senior or leadership role. Strong expertise in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks. Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and platform - Saviynt [ Must ] Extensive experience in solution design and architecture, including designing scalable and distributed systems. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in solution architecture or software development. Experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration technologies. Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and technologies (e.g., ESB, ETL, API management). Understanding of security principles and best practices in application design and development. Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
