Role: Business Analyst with Wealth Management Location: New York, NY/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Contract Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Work closely with the client to define and optimize their roadmap. Gather accurate requirements and create user stories, sharing information across internal and client teams. Provide subject matter expertise on industry trends, regulations and best practices to inform recommendations and solutions. Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states. Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Business Analyst role. 3+ years of working experience in the Wealth Management projects. Experience with creation of EPICs and writing of User Stories to align with the project plan and scope. Independently leading sessions to gather information and requirements from key stakeholders. Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users. Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, as well as others across the team/department.
