job for Oakland 
NEW REQ: Senior Network Engineer (CISCO and Palo Alto routers / switches, AWS)
HIRING MANAGER NOTES: 
Hiring Manager is ONLY choosing candidates to interview, that have ALL the MUST HAVEs  Need Diverse consultant like African, Chinese, American, Russian etc but not asians
..Must Haves..: (Make sure these are in the company descriptions on the resume, not just at the top under Summary 

All of these are must haves10+ years overall with Network Engineering (CISCO and Palo Alto routers/switches)

I need 2 or 3 REALLY good candidates, who live in that Oakland or Fremont area Only ( with in 30 miles of Oakland)
Its Hybrid remote so they have to be living there in Oakland or Fremont or right in that small area. No more people who are lying and have to leave.

4 + years recent experience: Ability to design and deploy network-related configurations in AWS. 
Ability to deploy and maintain Infoblox DDI
At least 8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise LAN / WAN / WLAN networks
Familiarity with Infoblox NIOS-based DNS/DHCP/IPAM implementations. 
In-depth knowledge of Cisco VSS, routers, switches, Cisco wireless.

Demonstrated ability to analyze highly complex communication hardware and software systems for maintaining a real-time resource that impacts OP-wide network users.
Demonstrated ability to gather, organize and analyze data in the completion of a variety of functional assignments.
Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team.
Ability to interpret cabling plans and oversee installers to ensure standards are meet. Familiar with cabling and termination specification, maintenance, and problem determination.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco VSS, routers, switches, Cisco wireless, Palo Alto Network FW, Global Protect VPN.
Ability to deploy and maintain Infoblox DDI
Ability to design and deploy network-related configurations in AWS. 
At least 8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN networks.
