Social Engineering Analyst (Cybersecurity Certified Ethical Hacker) Location: Vienna VA ( Local to VA, MD, DC only; 2-3 days per week onsite; HYBRID) USC GC GCEAD TN only Solid profile, DL and visa copy are must. JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibility: Analyze target group behavior and create custom social engineering and red team scenarios using various practical techniques and technologies. Design and conduct ethical hacking activities to strengthen the organization's cybersecurity defenses. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust security measures, policies and procedures Effectively communicate results and after-actions to various teams across the enterprise to educate and increase security awareness. Adhere to all team processes and procedures, including proper program documentation and project planning. Stay updated with the latest security technologies, tools and industry trends to enhance the effectiveness of our security posture. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related fields. 3+ years of experience in the cybersecurity or related field, with a preference for certified ethical hacker roles. Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification or equivalent. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, methodologies and frameworks Strong understanding of social engineering concepts and red team practices. Advanced verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills to communicate clearly and concisely technical and non-technical information to all levels of management. High ethical standards and the ability to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines. Desired: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or other relevant certifications. Experience working in project planning tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools. Experience with piloting and implementing new technologies and toolkits, including initial onboarding, user-acceptance testing, and full product rollout. Strong presentation and training experience.
