The primary objective is to enhance system efficiency, automation, and scalability in alignment with the organization's objectives. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Develop, and deploy secure and scalable solutions using devops principles. 2. Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code in python. 3. Proficiency in devops principles and tools such as docker, Jenkins, ansible, and terraform. 2. Strong programming skills in python with experience in django and flask frameworks. 3. Handson experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration. 4. Knowledge of cloud platforms like aws, azure, or google cloud. 5. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, elk stack, or Grafana. 6. Understanding of agile methodologies and working in an agile environment. 7. Good problem-solving and communication skills. 8. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. Must have a clear understanding and experience with the statutory and compliance reporting requirements and best practices for multi-jurisdictional Workers Compensation claims. Extensive experience with integrating multiple vendors needed for Workers Compensation claim handling. Strong experience with claims management and medical bill review solutions. Experience with iterative and agile methodologies, with working knowledge of both SDLC & PMLC processes. Proven hands-on experience with creation of business process diagrams, data rules, business requirements, and functional requirements / user stories. Possess knowledge and experience when reviewing, re-engineering, or developing IT solutions for business process / improvements automation. Candidate has experience operating and interfacing with business management during walkthrough, interview, presentation, and negotiation processes.
