Job Summary As a Dynatrace Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Dynatrace application performance monitoring solutions to ensure the highest levels of performance and reliability for our applications and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure monitoring solutions that provide real-time insights into system performance, user experience, and application health. Your expertise will be critical in diagnosing and resolving performance issues, enhancing system visibility, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience). Proven experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools. Understanding of application architecture, cloud environments, and microservices. Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration: Deploy and configure Dynatrace agents across various environments, ensuring optimal monitoring coverage and performance metrics. Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance and user experience, analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve performance issues using Dynatrace's advanced features, collaborating with development and operations teams as necessary. Reporting & Analysis: Generate and present performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Automation & Integration: Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and other tools to enhance observability and streamline processes.
