Perform network assessments and provide recommendations for improving UC performance and reliability. Configure and manage UC devices, such as IP phones, video conferencing systems, and collaboration endpoints. Work with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal UC performance and reliability. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate UC solutions with other systems, such as Active Directory, Exchange, and various enterprise technologies. Provide technical support and troubleshoot UC issues. Develop and maintain UC documentation, such as network diagrams, device configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Stay current with new UC technologies and industry trends. Create detailed migration plans outlining timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and rollback procedures. Manage data migration process, ensuring accurate transfer of user data, call logs, and voicemail. Identify potential migration challenges and develop mitigation strategies. Implement and maintain security measures to protect UC solutions from threats such as malware, viruses, and unauthorized access.
