This role requires deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, expertise in payroll processes, and experience with CraftPay or similar payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver seamless and efficient integrations. Key Responsibilities Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and CraftPay, ensuring accurate and timely data flow. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration. Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors ECP to meet organizational payroll needs. Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and resolve integration challenges. Develop and maintain APIs, middleware, or other integration solutions as required. Ensure compliance with local and global payroll regulations during implementation. Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integration solutions to ensure quality and reliability. Provide end-user training and support for payroll and integration-related processes. Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors ECP updates and CraftPay enhancements to recommend continuous improvements. Document integration processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 years focused on Employee Central Payroll. Hands-on experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors ECP with third-party payroll systems like CraftPay. Expertise in payroll data flows, tax, benefits, and compliance standards. Skills Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and payroll processes. Proficiency in integration tools and technologies (e.g., SAP CPI, API development, middleware). Experience with CraftPay or similar payroll platforms. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
