The candidate must have relevant work experience in the telecom environment, particularly Open RAN deployments.Key Responsibilities: Oversee AWS-based cloud resources for Open RAN deployments. Design and implement Open RAN architecture with seamless cloud integration. Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters for high-performing Open RAN workloads. Automate cloud and Open RAN deployment using tools like Airflow, Ansible, and Terraform. Implement monitoring and automated incident response to minimize downtime. Create and maintain technical documentation while collaborating across teams to drive innovation. Note: Open RAN is specifically used in the telecom environment.Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with AWS or related cloud technologies, focusing on automation and management.Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of Open RAN architecture, including RAN CU and DU deployments. Extensive hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters and deploying microservices. Proficient in networking concepts relevant to Kubernetes and Open RAN (e.g., ingress controllers, service meshes). Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to team challenges. Excellent communication skills for documenting requirements and facilitating discussions with stakeholders.
