Job Title : Salesforce Architect Location : Stamford, CT Southington, CT Role Description: | Technical / Functional Skills:Senior Consultants are techno-functional resources on TCSs Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Transformation Team, offering a powerful understanding of the SFMC ecosystem and broader MarTech stack. They are client-facing collaborative business partners who own and lead workstreams , and deliver specific components of large, complex client engagements along with other teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities include:Full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including other SFMC ecosystem technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions, integration services, and data modelingProviding service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating, and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.Working with clients to help define use cases and prioritize based on business value and scopeFacilitating strategic conversations with clients to define and document business and technical requirements based on prioritized use casesPerforming gap analysis outlining client gaps in technology, resources, and institutional knowledge necessary to deliver and execute a successful channel rolloutWorking with cross-functional teams to clearly link functional scope back to business valueClearly define the value for our clients associated with delivering against capabilities and requirementsWork with customer(s) as well as internal teams to clearly define and document project scope, requirements, and integration points as they relate to solution implementation.Developing key content and assets for project workshops for functional and scope priority alignmentDeveloping business requirement documentation and project deliverablesMaintaining working knowledge of end-to-end solution, with the ability to identify , document, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues as project progressesCollaborate with onshore and offshore teammatesSupport technical and functional testing of the implemented solution like SIT and UATIdentify partnership opportunities and capitalizes on "add-on" sales opportunities across projectsQualificationsRequired:Four-Year bachelors degree5+ years hands-on platform experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other SFMC ecosystem platforms ( i.e. Audience Studio, DMP, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc.) and fluent in articulating Salesforce Marketing Cloud product capabilities to both business and technical audiencesSFMC Email Specialist , Consultant, or Admin Certification or willingness to completeProven project management experience supporting end-to-end marketing technology projects; implementing integrated solutions including other SFMC ecosystem technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions, integration services, and data modelingPrior experience in a client-facing strategic | Thanks and Regards Ravi Prakash Singh [email protected] Technical Recruiter Contact : +1(732) 639-0518 whats App No : 7710427011 Keywords: Connecticut Job Opportunity || Salesforce Architect || Stamford, CT Southington, CT [email protected] |
