Technical Business Analyst/ Technical Writers 2 months potential for extension Hybrid - Primarily Remote with 2 Weeks Onsite in Jackson, MS Job Summary: We are seeking Technical Business Analysts/Technical Writers to ensure that a critical case management system aligns with business requirements and is supported by clear, accurate documentation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, SMEs, data management, and end-users, to define business outcomes, document workflows, and improve system usability. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with teams to storyboard user scenarios for case management applications. Define business outcomes and develop use cases, user stories, and functional specifications. Create high-quality technical documentation with step-by-step process instructions. Define and document data requirements related to clinical use cases. Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency to align with system functionalities. Organize and structure documentation for easy understanding by diverse audiences, including end users, system administrators, and developers. Provide feedback on system usability and recommend improvements to enhance user experience. Produce clear and user-friendly content tailored for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of experience analysing, documenting, and implementing software solutions in a technical environment. Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages (3+ years ). Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and integration concepts (5+ years). Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and data analysis (3+ years). Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on detail (5+ years). Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience in case management within Child Welfare domains. Expertise in testing and implementing hosted web applications in the Human Services sector (e.g., Social Services, Crisis/Emergency Services).
