The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with strong capabilities in both functional and technical aspects. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements. Perform functional analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs. Customize and configure CRM entities, workflows, and business processes to align with business objectives. Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Dynamics. Provide technical and functional support to end-users and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide training to end-users. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Strong functional knowledge of CRM processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service modules. Proficiency in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Strong technical skills in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with CRM integrations using web services, APIs, and third-party applications. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based solutions. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
