[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Please find the below requirement and let me know your thoughts Role: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Remote Job Description: Strong understanding of Sales Business Process Collaborate with Senior Sales leaders to eliciting and define requirements, create business process flows and translate the same to the Teams Create Business Process diagrams and/or data flow diagrams Clear understanding and knowledge of integration points in Salesforce Collaborate very closely with the dev and test teams to ensure the work is in line with the requirements Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Client SMEs, Participate in Design review sessions and Design review board meetings Participate in Change control board and voice opinions around change management in case of business process change and document the same Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications Collaborative project and workstream planning Participate in UX sessions and design reviews. Required Qualifications and Background At least 8 years experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects, Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online, Should have worked in at least 2 Large Scale Salesforce Implementation / Transformation projects Certifications Salesforce Business Analyst Certification Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude, Excellent relationship-building skills, Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Able to actively make suggestions based on the results, Available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams Outstanding written communication skills Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-discplinary team of Salesforce professionals Desirable/bonus: Any experience in Working with Salesfoce CPQ / Apttus CPQ implementation or consolidation project is a plus Salesforce Designer certifications, Salesforce Architecture certifications, Active in the Salesforce community.
