Job Title: Procurement Lead - Telecom Domain Location: Richardson, TX & Houston, TX 1week Onsite in Month as per Client Need Key Responsibilities: Strategic Procurement Management: Develop and execute procurement strategies in alignment with the companys objectives within the telecom sector. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements. Conduct market analysis to assess supplier capabilities, industry trends, and new technologies. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts with suppliers and service providers. Manage supplier performance to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to contractual terms. Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and compliant with company policies. Monitor contract performance and resolve any disputes or issues with vendors. Oversee contract renewals, extensions, and amendments. Procurement Process & Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including tendering, purchase order creation, and delivery tracking. Ensure procurement activities comply with corporate policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Prepare procurement documentation and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, finance, operations) to understand the telecom project needs and timelines. Coordinate with project teams to identify and fulfill material, equipment, and service requirements. Support the finance team with cost analysis and budgeting for telecom-related projects.
