Conduct thorough process mapping, including current state (as-is) and future state (to-be) designs. Define business requirements for automation initiatives and work with technical teams to translate these requirements into functional specifications. Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or other relevant technologies. Lead workshops and interviews with business users to gather, document, and prioritize automation requirements. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure business needs are understood and translated into actionable solutions. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring successful collaboration and alignment throughout the automation lifecycle. Support change management efforts by training end-users and creating documentation to ensure a smooth transition to automated processes. Ensure all stakeholders are informed about the change s automation will bring and guide them through the adoption process.
