Pair Programming: Engage in paired programming for coding and automated test case creation. Participate in Design: Review and discuss design strategies with the Technical Lead and Product Manager to ensure alignment. Follow Branching Strategies: Adhere to branching guidelines and ensure all code is managed and reviewed in the shared source code repository. Collaborate on Testing: Work closely with QA consultants to create test cases and validate code quality. Continuous Improvement: Engage in self-improvement and participate in team process improvements, embracing feedback from mentoring sessions with the Technical Lead. Qualifications Experience in front-end development with React, Redux, and TypeScript. API Management: Skilled in integrating and managing APIs in production environments. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Strong foundation in OOP principles and secure coding standards. Testing and Code Quality: Proficiency in unit and integration testing practices. Collaboration Tools: Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and Agile development methodologies.
